You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional remote collaboration purposes.
All images used within the App, excluding app-specific logos and branding assets, are licensed under the Freepik Premium License via freepik.com. These assets may not be extracted, redistributed, or used outside of this App.
All synthesizer samples used within the App are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 (CC BY 3.0) license. You can read the full terms here.

2. User-Generated Content
The App allows users to create collaboration rooms. Each room may include:
- Room name
- Room image
- Description
Users may also choose a display name visible to others.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or display within rooms.
3. Reporting Content
If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior:
- Open the room
- Click the Info button
- Select Report
Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken.
4. Disclaimer – Latency
This App is a real-time remote collaboration tool. Due to network conditions, device limitations, or server load, you may experience delays or latency. The App does not guarantee real-time synchronization without interruption.
5. Early Stage Disclaimer
This App is currently in an early stage of development and may not be fully stable or complete. Features may change, break, or be unavailable at any time.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Age Requirements & Safety Features
The safety features provided in this App are designed to reduce exposure to inappropriate or unsafe content; however, they are not perfect and may not prevent all harmful content or behavior.
Some features of the App ("Potentially Unsafe Features"), such as chat and social features, are only available to users with an account. To create an account and use these features, you must be at least 14 years old.
If you are under 14, you are not permitted to create an account or use Potentially Unsafe Features.
For users under 14, parents or guardians may enable Parental Controls in the account settings. When enabled, parental controls will disable Potentially Unsafe Features.
Users under 14 may also use the App without an account.

2. How We Use Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Authenticate your account
- Display your identity within the App (other users can only see your display name, profile image, and the rooms you create; your email address is not visible to other users)
- Enable collaboration features
3. Data Storage
We only store the data necessary for login and basic functionality. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
4. User Content
Content created in rooms (name, image, description) is visible to other users in those rooms.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Changes to Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept those changes.
